As we kick off December and hurtle head long towards Christmas, what better time to take a step back and reflect on activity over the last few weeks…

November was another hectic month, culminating in a couple of crunch weeks where the focus of activity was firmly on nailing the Futurewave business plan and sharing this with the core project team.

Now that the plan has been finalised, it feels good to have a clear understanding of how we will run the next 12 months and what we need to do to get there.

In addition to getting on the front-foot with the business plan, November was a big month for getting out there to share the prototype and to spread the word about the project.

Each of these events has provided us with a vital opportunity to engage stakeholders about the platform and generate some excitement in the prototype. As a result we have formed a number of new relationships that will inevitably help maximise the chances of Futurewave moving from a project to a successful business. We’re looking forward to building on the momentum that’s been created over the last few months as we push forward into 2016 and the pilot phase.
